The correct way to view human exploitation is to lean into it. Accept your role as predator and take what God gave you. God gave us humans dominion over this earth, which means it's our divine right to rule it and exploit it as we see fit. No one is coming to save this earth, because it's ours to dominate without mercy or compassion.
